1. Stock in good companies isn't cheap.
2. Tech will dominate our lives even more in the future, but the best companies in this space are often the ones you've never heard of.
3. Buying (and selling options) are a great way to boost your portfolio's growth.
4. SPACs make for great long term investments if you believe in the management team leading the SPAC
5. Don't underestimate the psychology's influence on the market (social contagion, fomo, referent power, charisma, terror management theory, etc.).

I'm not a huge expert but you're right that the number of SPACs have gotten ridiculous. They say you know the big profits on an investable trend are over if your neighbor (or CNBC) mentions it. Long term, things should still be ok because the ones with quality leadership will select quality companies...which is what I'm banking on.

NextDoor seems to be in a competitive space but I think it could be a winner. IPOC could potentially be exciting, I need to do some more research on TechCrunch but Zomato (the Indian food delivery business) could be a potential acquisition target.

Motley Fool speculates that Stripe, SoFi, and Robinhood are acquisition targets. Stripe sounds like the most reasonable one. Also the spac pricing has remained relatively flat.

I missed this during the trading day but warrants for IPOB and IPOC were up 37 and 22% respectively. I glanced at Stocktwits and there's [unsubstantiated] talk that one target could be Coinbase.

This seems comparable to Solar Edge. If so, those warrants will make you extremely happy in 3-5yrs.

The Delta on the $5 July calls for this one are nice but whew the volatility. Watching tomorrow to see if the price comes down more
